I’m so excited to finally be able to tell you guys the BIG NEWS we’ve been waiting to tell you for so long! Some of you may already know because we’ve told a few people but ... WE BOUGHT OUR FIRST HOUSE! We are both beyond excited and even though we started this process in May we didn’t want to tell everyone until we OFFICIALLY closed! We are now proud homeowners! It’s so crazy to think of how much we have accomplished both individually and as a couple since we met in April of 2015. In just a little over three years I left my hometown of New York City, we have lived in three different towns in Vermont (Stowe, Bomoseen, and Burlington), Twiddle has come out with two chapters for their PLUMP album, I’ve grown The Shakedown Shop, started this blog AND SO MUCH MORE! We’ve gone through good and bad (perhaps the worst was losing our Chauncey who we miss every single day), but we’ve both been consistently so grateful for all of your support over the years. We can’t wait to share this new chapter in our lives with you. Over the next few months we will be renovating and decorating to make this house truly feel like home and I am really hoping y’all can help me with some great ideas!
