Time flies when you’re having fun! It seems like this week is the first week that Ryan and I have had absolutely nothing to do (even though I have work three days but let’s not count that!). This summer was a complete whirlwind - with traveling for Twiddle shows, my bridal shower, wedding planning GALORE, and the Baker’s Dozen (which included an amazing Bachelorette Party with some of the coolest chicks on the planet!). Fall brought even more changes. For one, my last name is now DEMPSEY! It’s still taking a lot of getting used to, but being able to celebrate in so many ways over the past few months has made it a lot easier. After the wedding Ryan pretty much immediately left for tour. We were able to take a few awesome camping trips in our new truck tent before he left and spent some quality time enjoying the last of the beautiful Vermont weather. In between the two month long tour we luckily had a little over a week that we got to spend together in Cabo San Lucas for a little “honeymoon”-type vacation. And now winter has arrived. This weekend Ryan finished off the fall season of shows with an epic two-night run at the Capitol Theatre - a place where I always feel at home. We finally have a full month off, which inspired me to re-spark this blog and, not only fill you in on all you’ve missed these past few months, but continue on the journey of being a Tour Wife!
