GIFT IDEAS | EMTCBD

You guys have probably heard me talk about Elmore Mountain Therapeutics hundreds of times now! This local to Vermont, women-owned, CBD brand has saved my life more times than once in the past year and a half that I have been using their products. I have one of their CBD Balm tins in each of my purses, keep their Medi Cool Recovery balm in the nightstand next to my bed and use their tinctures and oils daily. That's why I have to share their products as one of my featured Gift

FEATURED GIFT | EMTCBD STARTER KIT
Now that Thanksgiving is over and it is officially Christmas here at Tour Wife Tour Life, I figured I would highlight some of my favorite gifts I’ve either personally received or have given to someone else! I know it can be hard to find the PERFECT gift for that loved one that has everything, so I am trying to make it as EASY as I can for you guys! I have created a ton of gift guides (see the bottom of this post for direct links to each one!) and now am bringing you guys my F

MY FAVORITE CBD PRODUCTS FROM ELMORE MOUNTAIN THERAPEUTICS
I don’t know if you guys remember earlier this year on the blog when Ryan and I visited The Essex Resort and Spa, but that was when I first discovered Elmore Mountain Therapeutics. They actually have CBD massages at the spa and I became OBSESSED! All of their CBD is 100% Vermont sourced and the company is owned by native Vermont women, which makes it even more wonderful in my opinion!! We’ve partnered up to do a giveaway for you guys and I am so excited - the winner will get

HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR DESTINATION & CREATE AN ITINERARY!
After my last post about how to travel more, a ton of you guys have been asking how we choose where we want to go when we do get the opportunity to travel. Obviously, one of my favorite things to do is travel! I am very passionate about it and put A LOT of research into each trip we take. I always get asked by a ton of you how we pick whether we are heading to an island, a metropolitan city, the mountains, or somewhere else magical! And, since this isn’t the first time, I tho

WHAT I BUY AT THE GROCERY STORE
I love snooping on other people's grocery carts, whether it is through a blog post, on Pinterest, or while I'm online in the grocery store! I always discover so many new options, ingredients to add to dishes I already love, and things to try that I never have. Ryan and I try to mix it up with our meals as much as we can, especially dinner, but we tend to buy the same staples on each trip. Luckily, we have the most delicious water where we live so each time I hit up the store

FEBRUARY BOOK CLUB
I'm late again! Must mean 2019 is off to a good start because I have been wayyyyyy busy! February is a super short month so hopefully we can all get this book read in the next few weeks - I know it will be a struggle for me because I will be traveling a lot for the blog but hopefully I will have some down time to get to this one since I have heard AMAZING reviews! We are continuing on the theme of books about the music biz after January's pick of A Visit From The Goon Squad b

THANK YOU for bearing with me and to everyone who participated in the first month of the book club in November and stuck it through! NOVEMBER BOOK CLUB
And the winner is… Gail Honeyman's Eleanor Oliphant is Completely Fine. First off, I want to thank everyone who voted for the book and I can't wait to read it together! I’ve heard such great things, and while I let you guys choose between two books, I really thought this would be a great option for our first official month of book club (IT WAS MY CHOICE!). In case you missed it, I posted about starting a book club on the @tourwifetourlife Instagram story and was blown away by

Since so many of you expressed interest in the Book Club idea I've decided to kick it off in November! YAY! Luckily, I have an amazingly smart and talented book-loving friend, Stephanie DeLuca, the Director of Publicity for Melville House Publishing, that gave me a ton of recommendations (be sure to follow her on Instagram @stephdelucaaa to hear more of her book recs on her story!). I have narrowed it down to TWO choices and here they are! I will give you the official synopsi

THE FIRST YEAR OF FOREVERS
I can’t believe it has already been ONE YEAR of being Mrs. Ryan Dempsey. The time has really flown by, but when I look back on the past year I can’t believe how much we have both accomplished, individually and together. Ryan and the band have played with Phil Lesh on a number of shows, they’ve had another successful year at their Tumble Down festival, and they’ve donated tens of thousands (maybe even hundreds of thousands?) of dollars to charities through the White Light Foun

LAKE WESLEMKOON
Guys I can’t believe how fast summer snuck up on us!!! Living in Vermont after a harsh winter we wish for the days of sunshine! Well all of a sudden it’s here and I couldn’t be happier. It’s definitely hard to keep up with the blog posts so please bear with me. We decided to kick of the summer at our favorite place, Ryan’s family cottage in Canada on Lake Weslemkoon. I absolutely fell in love with this place the first time we went when we had only been dating a few months. Th

MY 2018 RESOLUTIONS
I must admit I often let time get away from me. The entire summer went by without me writing or reflecting on all of the amazing experiences I am blessed to have. I found myself playing catch-up (and I still am) so that I could share these moments with all of you. After my last post I’d like to say that I am FINALLY caught up with sharing my favorite moments of 2017! It’s hard to believe that this year is already over, and while some people might say that it was an AWFUL year
