I was so inspired by the amazing culinary experience we had there that I decided to dig up this old recipe from Sun Basket! It was absolutely DELICIOUS the first time we made it a couple of months ago and it is the perfect meal for a chilly winter

GINGERED TURKEY MEATBALLS IN LEMONGRASS BROTH WITH CAULIFLOWER "RICE" This week is all about the road to Red Rocks so it has been super busy! The amount of laundry and cleaning I did is overwhelming so I decided to treat myself with a delicious meal before my flight tomorrow.
